We may collect two types of information: 1) Personal Information, and 2) Anonymous Information. Anonymous Information means information that does not directly or indirectly identify you, such as the number of page views, link clicks, and login times. We may use both Personal and Anonymous Information to create Aggregate Information. Aggregate Information is the grouping of Personal and Anonymous Information into groups and/or categories, which does not identify you directly or indirectly.          Submitted information. We will collect information you voluntarily submit such as your name, email address, or other account or registration information.

         Automatically Captured Information. We automatically collect information from your computer and/or device when you use the Software. This information may include your IP address, your browser type and language, access times, current installed applications, system registry settings, system start up settings, and the content of any undeleted cookies that your browser previously accepted from us (see "Cookies" below), and the referring website address.

         Cookies. When you use the Software, we may assign your computer one or more cookies, to facilitate access to our Software and to personalize your online experience. A cookie is a small piece of data that is stored in a user's computer for record keeping purposes. Through the use of a cookie, we may automatically collect information about your online activity in our Software, such as the actions you take within the Software, and the application and/or updates you have installed onto your computer or device. Most systems automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies. If you choose to decline cookies, please note that you may not be able to sign in or use some of the interactive features offered on or via the Software.

         Other Technologies. We may use standard Internet technology, such as web beacons and other similar technologies, to track your use of the Software. Web beacons are small pieces of data that are embed in images on the pages of sites. The information we obtain in this manner enables us to customize the services we offer through our Software visitors.

         Information collected by third-parties. We may allow third-parties, including our authorized service providers, parent and subsidiary companies, affiliates, advertising companies, and ad networks, to display advertisements or place ad tags or beacons on or via our Software. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not provide any Personal Information to these third parties.

         Do Not Track. We do not support the Do Not Track browser setting.


We may use information that we collect about you to:

         Deliver the products and services that you have requested;

         Provide you with customer support;

         Perform research and analysis about your use of, or interest in, our products, services, or content, or products, services or content offered by others;

         Communicate with you by e-mail, postal mail, telephone and/or mobile devices about products or services that may be of interest to you either from us, our parent or subsidiary companies or other third parties;

         Enforce our terms and conditions;

In addition, we may share Aggregated Information we collect, under any of the above circumstances, with third parties, including advisors, advertisers and investors, for the purpose of conducting general business analysis.


There may be places in the Software where you may click on a link to access other websites that do not operate under this Privacy Policy. For example, if you click on a link, you may be taken to a website that we do not control. These third-party websites may independently solicit and collect information, including Personal Information, from you and, in some instances, provide us with information about your activities on those websites. We recommend that you consult the privacy policy of all third-party websites you visit.


If you purchase the paid version of Rapid System Cleaner, your payment information will be processed by a 3rd party payment provider called Stripe, located at, who will collect your payment information and credit card information. We have no access to your credit card information. We may access your payment information through the Stripe platform for administrative reasons including but not limited to, to process refunds or to confirm the sale of a certain application. The security and confidentiality of you information is very important to us, thus we have put in place administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect against unauthorized access to the information we collect. By accepting this Agreement, you hereby acknowledge that no security system is immune from compromise, and you accept all responsibility for such security risks and any damage resulting therefrom.


Our Software is intended for general audiences over the age of 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13 years old. If you are not over 13 years old, DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE THE SOFTWARE.


The Software is intended for United State use, thus this Privacy Policy covers collection of information on or via the Software in accordance with United States laws. If you are using the Software outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated. By using our services, you hereby agreed to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
